Directions
Southbound on Black Creek Dr. from HWY 401, the second intersection is Trethewey Drive. Turn right (west). Immediately turn left at the next street, Todd Baylis Blvd.
The first stop sign is Industry St., turn right and proceed to Bertal Road. Turn right and you can't miss us on your left.

Consignment Policy

If you have an old jukebox, pinball machine or other games that you would like to sell. We can sell your jukeboxes, pinball machines, pool tables - you name it - on consignment for you.

We will showcase your game on our showroom floor and our professional sales staff will get your game sold for you!

Here's how we consign your games:

  1. eMail us the details and a picture of the game you want consigned. Provide a phone number and any other important details.
  2. We will contact you to make arrangements for you to drop off your game to our showroom or, if you need the game picked up, this can be arranged. (A pick-up charge will apply, minimum $50)
  3. You, the consignor and Gilchrist Games will then come to an agreement on a selling price.
  4. When sold, a cheque will be issued to consignor within 72 hours for 50% of the final selling price.
  5. Consignors can reclaim and pick up their games at any time prior to a sale with 24 hours email (written) notice but once sold, the consignor is bound to accept the their half of the final selling price.
  6. Consigned games that remain unsold for 60 calendar days will have their price reduced by 10% and an additional 10% every additional 60 calendar days. Gilchrist Games will attempt to sell a game for a maximum of 6 months after which time, title to the game can be assigned to Gilchrist Games or the consignor is free to reclaim and pick up their games. Delivery can be arranged - the minimum cost for delivery is $50. Games not reclaimed at the end of 6 months will begin accumulating storage costs. If the value of storage costs exceeds the value of the game, title of the game(s) will convert to Gilchrist Games.
