Champion Shuffleboard Championship 12 ft. Bank Board
The Champion 12' Bank Board (Also known as bumper board) is built in the style popular in the 70's. This version of shuffleboard was the brainchild of Reg Gilchrist, founder of Gilchrist Games, who thought to make the shorter game more challenging. (Many venues required a shorter board for space considerations.) Players of this version are required to "bank" the rock once off the bumper for each shot. Reg Gilchrist also invented the Digital Shuffleboard Scoring unit. (We manufacture removable banks for all size tables upon request.)
